Do I need an account to book a service?

Yes, you need to create a free account to book a service. This helps us keep track of your bike history and send you service reminders. Registration takes under a minute.

Can I reschedule or cancel a booking?

Yes. You can reschedule or cancel your appointment by calling us at +91 12345 67890 at least 2 hours before your scheduled slot. We'll be happy to find you another time.

How far in advance can I book?

You can book up to 6 days in advance through our website. For same-day service, please call us directly to check availability.

Will I get a confirmation after booking?

Yes! After confirming your booking you'll receive a unique reference number (e.g. RVM-847291). Keep this handy. You can also view all your bookings in the My Bookings section.

Do you use original / OEM parts?

Always. We use only OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) or manufacturer-approved parts. We never substitute with cheap alternatives regardless of the service type.

How long does a full bike service take?
▼

A full bike service typically takes 2–3 hours. Oil changes are done in 30–45 minutes. Ultra Clean takes 3–4 hours. You'll receive an estimated time when you book.

What brands and models do you service?
▼

We service all major brands including Hero, Honda, Bajaj, TVS, Royal Enfield, Yamaha, Suzuki, KTM, Kawasaki, and premium brands like Triumph, Harley-Davidson, and Ducati. We also service all scooties and electric two-wheelers.

Is there a warranty on the service?

Yes. All our services come with a satisfaction guarantee. If you experience any issues related to the work done within 7 days, bring it back and we'll fix it at no extra cost.

Can I add multiple bikes to my account?

Yes! Go to Profile → My Bikes and add as many bikes as you own. You can set one as your primary bike which will be used as the default when booking a service.

How do I view my past service bookings?

After logging in, go to "My Bookings" from the navigation menu. You'll see all your bookings with ticket IDs, status, service history, and mechanic remarks.

How do I reset my password?
▼

Click "Forgot Password?" on the login page and enter your registered email. You can also change your password anytime from Profile → Password section when logged in.

What are your working hours?
▼

We're open Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM, and Saturday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. We are closed on Sundays and national holidays.

Do you offer doorstep pickup and drop?

Doorstep pickup and drop is available for select services within city limits. Please call us at +91 12345 67890 to check availability and schedule a pickup.
